Returns

All returns must be approved by Cattywampus Acres staff prior to returning the item to us.

If you need to return an item that you purchased from our online store, please complete this form. Be sure to provide your order number and other pertinent order information so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

If the return is a result of our error (incorrect item received, defective item, etc.), we will pay for the return shipping costs and send you the correct item.

If the return is not a result of our error and you ordered the wrong item(s) or simply no longer want the item(s), we will NOT pay for the return shipping costs.

Once we receive a returned item, we will inspect it to confirm any reported defects and refund the full amount if the reported issues are present. 

If you're returning an item because you ordered the wrong size or no longer want it, we'll confirm that the item has not been used and refund the full amount if the item has not been used.

We will not accept returns for used items.
